Karachi: In a shocking incident, a man was burnt alive in a graveyard after being kidnaped by unidentified people in Karachi.
According to the details, unidentified armed men kidnapped Kerr Mohammed, a resident of Etihad Town, severely tortured him, and set him on fire after spilling gasoline on the local cemetery.
After hearing his screams, passersby and locals rushed to the cemetery. Meanwhile, the attackers have fled the scene. When people got there, they were shocked to see a burning man. People put out the fire, but he was severely burned to death and died on the way to the hospital.
Police said the man lived near Afridi Chowk in Etihad Town. Officials said they had registered a case and launched an investigation to find out the real cause of the murder.
Earlier on July 20, a 14-year-old girl was allegedly burned to death by her uncle because her father refused to marry the suspect’s son in Chiniot.
According to the police, the suspect Mohammad Yaqoob asked his brother Mohammad Yousuf to be engaged to his son, and the latter rejected his son.
Two months ago, Mohammad Yousuf and another relative entangled his daughter Sadia. In revenge, her uncle Yaqoob sprinkled gasoline on Sadia and lit a fire when he arrived at his parents’ house three days ago.
