US virus deaths fall for second day, with 759 in 24 hours: tracker

Washington: According to data from Johns Hopkins University, 759 new coronavirus deaths were recorded in the United States in the past 24 hours on Monday, a second consecutive day of death.

Data from the Baltimore-based university shows that the number is 8:30 PM GMT (0030 GMT), the lowest number in recent weeks, and 820 people died the day before.

The tracker shows that there are 90,309 deaths related to the new coronavirus in the United States and more than 1.5 million infections.

These numbers are the highest in the world.
