Twitter on Saturday evening stopped working again with several users reporting they are having trouble accessing the social media platform.
Downdetector.com, an outage monitoring website, shows that hundreds of users in Pakistan have reported that they are facing problems.
At the same time, according to Downdetector.com, nearly 8,000 users worldwide have reported service interruptions.
Late Friday, Twitter had stated that it was working to resolve access issues after thousands of users reported problems with the platform.
The company said in a tweet: “Some people may not download the tweet. We are working hard to resolve the issue and you will be back on the timeline soon.”
According to data from Downdetector.com, about 40,000 users reported problems with the social media platform on Friday.
Downdetector tracks downtime by collating status reports from a range of sources, including errors submitted by users on its platform. The outage may affect more users.
