Karachi: The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) on Saturday announced a three-day shutdown plan for the Sindh Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) station for the next week.
According to the notice issued by SSGC, CNG stations will be closed throughout Sindh, or for three days in the next week.
The statement said that the supply of natural gas to the gas station will remain suspended on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The CNG Association said in a statement that they will operate gas stations in accordance with the schedule issued by the SSGC. However, refuelling stations transferred to regasified liquefied natural gas (RLNG) will remain open throughout the week.
Earlier on October 16, Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) announced a four-day timetable for the closure of compressed natural gas (CNG) stations in Sindh (including Karachi) next week.
SSGC has announced that it will close the province’s CNG stations for four days next week instead of routinely shutting it down for three days.
According to the notice of SSGC, CNG station will be closed for 24 hours from 8:00 am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. …
