Sindh schools to remain open without students


Karachi: The Sindh Provincial Government has decided to keep the school open, but students will have classes at home. However, students can participate in a face-to-face class once a week.

Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani said that the school will provide family classes from November 26 to December 24. He further revealed that Sindh recommends that NCOC not close all schools, and should only close primary schools with a registration rate of 73%, and close courses for grade 6 and above. Should remain undisturbed.

He also said that students will not be promoted to the next grade without exams.

On the other hand, Federal Minister of Education and Vocational Training Shafqat Mahmood (Shafqat Mahmood) announced on Monday that education institutions will be closed until January 10 due to the coronavirus outbreak and winter vacation.

Shafqat Mahmood said at a press conference in Islamabad that educational institutions will be closed from November 26 to December 24 due to the surge in covid-19 cases. He said that during this period, teachers will conduct online teaching for the convenience of students.

The minister further informed that these institutions will be closed again from December 25th to January 10th for winter vacation.
