Karachi: Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah has confirmed 93 new cases in the province and warned that if people do not take preventive measures, the situation will worsen.
Murad Ali Shah said the situation of Karachi’s coronavirus was worrying because the regional government blocked 11 federal councils (UC) in eastern Karachi to control the spread of coronavirus in the city.
UC-6 Gillani Railway, UC-7 Dalmia, UC-8 Jamali Colony, UC-9 Gulshan 2, UC-10 Pehlwan Goth, UC-12 Gulzar Hijri, UC-13 Safoora, UC. Faisal Cantt, UC 2 Manzoor Colony, UC-9 Jacob Line and UC-10 Jamshed Quarters should be closed completely.
CM Sindh informed that 569 coronavirus tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours, 93 of which were positive and two people were killed.
