Karachi: The Sindh Summit Committee meeting will be held today (Monday) at the Chief Minister’s Office in Karachi.
The meeting will be chaired by Murad Ali Shah, Chief Minister of Sindh, and the Chief Secretary, IG Sindh, DG Rangers and Army Commander Karachi will also attend.
According to sources, the meeting will chalk out a strategy on the law and order situation in the province and the National Action Plan (NAP).
The agenda of the Apex Committee meeting includes briefing on the registration of madrassas, street crime situation in the province and progress on prison reforms and Safe City project.
The meeting will also discuss China’s national security strategy. What needs to be mentioned here is that the meeting of the provincial apex committee was held five months later.
