PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said Tuesday he backs Prime Minister Imran Khan’s position on not resuming talks with India till it revokes the decision of annexing Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
“I support the stand taken by Imran Khan on Kashmir today,” the PML-N leader said about the statement PM Imran Khan made during a live Q and A session with the masses.
However, he said that current officials have caused controversy over the Kashmir issue because the government turns around the statement every other day.
At the meeting earlier in the day, the Prime Minister resolved the concerns of Pakistani Kashmiris returning to India to negotiate with India.
He said that the Pakistani government will not engage in any dialogue with New Delhi until New Delhi withdraws its August 5 decision to repeal Article 370.
