Islamabad: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Tuesday has alleged National Accountability Bureau (NAB) of causing irreparable damage to the country.
In a statement, the PML-N leader stated that the anti-corruption watchdog has not seen corruption cases by government ministers. He further stated that his party rejected the request to postpone the election of Azad Kashmir due to manipulation attempts.
Earlier, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that Prime Minister Imran Khan was unaware of country’s economic situation.
Talking to media persons, former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that countries do not make progress through lies. If Pakistan was making progress, inflation would have gone down, he added.
Speaking of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), the leader of PML-N said: “The door of the anti-government coalition is open to anyone who wants to accept the decision of the leadership of the movement, because no coalition can function without trust.”
