Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered the disclosure to the public of the tragic Peshawar incident in the Army Public School on Friday and will take strict action against those responsible.
The Supreme Court heard the APS incident. The parents of the children in difficulty appear in court and insist that only senior officials are responsible to solve the problem.
The parents said, “The incident was not an act of terrorism. It was target killing as all students were gathered in one hall with planning. We do not want that children of any other person become victims of such act again.”
The Minister of Justice submitted a response to the report of the investigation committee in court and stated that he was taking all possible actions against the responsible person.
Pakistan’s Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed (Gulzar Ahmed) ordered a lawsuit from the highest officials to avoid such incidents in the future. Judge Ijazul Ahsan said that the entire country is saddened by the APS case.
CJP accepted the parents’ request to participate in the prayer ceremony on December 16. The hearing was postponed for one month.
