Earlier this month, Realme launched the Realme 7 series in India through Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro. Today, the company added a new member to the lineup called Realme 7i, which was introduced in detail through an online event.
The Realme 7i is powered by the Snapdragon 662 SoC instead of the Helio G95 chipset on the regular 7. It packs a 6.5-inch 90Hz LCD like Realme 7, but the resolution is reduced from FullHD+ to HD+.
Another difference between Realme 7 and 7i is that the former has a side-mounted fingerprint reader, while the latter is on the back. Like the Vanilla 7, Realme 7i is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery, but the maximum power when charging is 18W instead of 30W.
The design of the two smartphones is also different, including the arrangement of the camera module on the back, which is a combination of 64MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide screen, 2MP monochrome and 2MP depth sensor unit.
For selfies and video calls, there is a 16MP camera inside the punch hole. The smartphone is also equipped with UIS, UIS Max and ultra-wide-angle video recording.
Realme 7i offers Aurora green and Polar Blue colors, can start Realme UI based on Android 10, and uses a single memory configuration-8GB RAM and 128GB storage, and the price is $215.
