ISLAMABAD: Former Sindh chief minister Qaim Ali Shah has on Friday moved the Islamabad High Court (IHC) for pre-arrest bail.

The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader requested the court in his petition to bar the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from arresting him on December 4 when the erstwhile CM is scheduled to appear before the anti-graft body.

The court will conduct hearing on the pre-arrest bail plea today.
