ISLAMABAD: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar Monday said that the provisional government is committed to make every citizen of the province computer literate.
In a connection with “World Computer Literacy Day” he said in a statement that information technology is crucial and that without computer knowledge it is impossible to move forward.
According to a Pakistani private channel / radio, he emphasized the importance of electronic literacy and the changing communication and technology models and their different effects on education, employment and health.
Chief Minister said that the provincial government by digitizing land record authority has succeeded in getting rid of ‘patwari culture’ and it will expand the scope of e-libraries across Punjab gradually.
Usman Buzdar said the current government has done everything to get the country in the right direction.
CM Usman Buzdar said the plot to destabilize the country would fail. He added that the country, led by Prime Minister Imran Khan, is moving towards sustainable development.
