Punjab Government to allow reopening of restaurants


Lahore: The Cabinet Committee held a meeting on coronavirus under the guidance of the Prime Minister of Punjab and decided to allow restaurants in the province to reopen.

the Punjab government has recommended that the federal government reopen the restaurant. The proposal will be submitted to the National Coordination Committee for final approval.

The meeting also decided that the Punjab market and shopping center will be open from 9 am to 5 pm, and they will be open four days a week and closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The Punjab government also recommends the opening of leisure areas and tourist attractions, such as Muri. Law Minister Raja Basharat, Senior Minister Abdul Aleem Khan and Commerce Minister Mian Aslam Iqbal attended the meeting. Officials from the health department briefed the meeting on the status of coronaviruses, while administrative agencies presented reports on SOP implementation.
