ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Narcotics Control Ijaz Shah has on Thursday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) sit-in was against election rigging in four constitutions, not to topple the then incumbent government.
The federal minister said that the Pakistan Democracy Movement (PDM) will fail both in Islamabad and Rawalpindi because its narrative is anti-Pakistan. He pointed out that taking the streets to overthrow the government is not a political method.
Talking about narcotics control, Ijaz Shah said those who supply drugs are culprits and those who are unsatisfied with society use them. We have to protect our youth from the menace of drugs, the federal minister stressed.
