Karachi: Multan Sultans have set a target of 196 runs against Karachi Kings after being put into bat by Imad Wasim at the National Stadium Karachi in the sixth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Saturday – the double-header day.
Sudan scored 195 for losing 6 wickets out of a limited 20 quota.
James Vince remained the top scorer for Multan and smashed 45 off 29. Skipper Mohammad Rizwan and Sohaib Maqsood scored 43 and 34 respectively. Karachi’s Arshad Iqbal picked up two wickets.
Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans are at number four and five respectively in the six-team tournament. Kings (2 points) played two matches and won one while Sultans (2 points) also managed to secure victory only once but in three games.
The Karachi Kings and Multan Sultan met 7 times in PSL, Karachi won 4 victories, and Multan won another victory. Two games were played.
