NOWSHERA: Prime Minister Imran Khan will inaugurate the Azakhel Dry Port project in Nowshera District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province today
Azakhel Dry Port is located near the Grand Route (GT) road eight kilometers from Nowshera and costs more than 500 million rupees, which will promote the business and trade activities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Federal Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed, Governor KP Shah Farman and KP Chief Minister Mahmood Khan will also be present at the inauguration of Azakhel Dry Port.
Sources said that the dry port of Azakhar will facilitate the transfer of cargo from the remote port of Karachi in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. This will also help to transport goods by road to Afghanistan.
