Karachi: After the outbreak of the coronavirus, the Karachi police authorities decided to strictly enforce the blockade on the city on Monday.
Police in the metropolis noticed the that despite the lockdown, citizens were still free to move.
The directive has been issued to strictly inspect various pickets in the city.
Last week, in a new notice issued, the Ministry of the Interior announced all restrictions, which will remain until April 14.
The Sindh government said the restrictions announced in the notice are necessary to curb the spread of coronavirus.
All educational institutions, including schools, colleges, technical and vocational colleges, universities, coaching centers, madrasas, as well as shopping centers, cinemas, wedding halls, banquet halls, tents, lawns, clubs, hotels, auditoriums, farms are closed until April 14th house, beach, electronics market, showroom, boutique, beauty salon and other shops.
