Islamabad: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has decided to participate in the upcoming Senate parliamentary elections and political activities.
The PML-N leadership made this decision at a parliamentary meeting chaired by Maryam Nawaz.
She said at the meeting that the government was confused. The opposition will continue to play a role in parliament. The government will be in a difficult period in national and public affairs.
Maryam Nawaz said that the decision of resignations would be taken by Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) and all parties would be bound to accept it.
No more talks with the government, said Maryam. She congratulated PML-N members for their steadfastness. Praising party leaders she said that no one can scare the lions of PML-N.
In response to the statement of the Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party, she said that Bilawal Bhutto should make a proposal for the motion of no confidence, and PDM will consider the motion at the meeting.
