Prime Minister Imran Khan said on Monday that the country’s economic growth rate will accelerate next year as the government prepares to propose a budget for the upcoming 2021-22 fiscal year.
In a speech at a ceremony held at the Quaid-e-Azam House in Ziarat, the prime minister said that the country has emerged from difficult times and is now moving in the direction of economic development.
The Prime Minister arrived in Quetta earlier in the day for a one-day visit.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said: “Our opponents have created noise and weeping. Even if [PTI] formed a government in 2018, our opponents also said that we are doomed to fail.”
