ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday asked legal team of government to deeply analyze the decision of Lahore High Court.
Prime Minister Imran Khan instructed his team to discuss the legal aspects of the decision and to submit a report to the federal cabinet. He asked the legal team to inform the cabinet about the decision.
The government is reported to take a final decision on this after the cabinet meeting. The Prime Minister will formulate the following strategy after considering the Cabinet’s recommendations.
The government will then decide whether to appeal against the decision of the LHC.
Previously, the Lahore Supreme Court rejected the federal government’s objection to the draft, but ordered the name of the former ECL Prime Minister and allowed him to travel abroad to receive four weeks of medical care.
After listening to PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif’s petition on the issue, the judges consisted of two LHC judges. The judges were judges Ali Baqir Najfi and Sardar Naeem.
The court has rejected the compensation conditions guaranteed by Nawaz Sharif.
The federal government has a deposit of Rs. 7 billion paid for the medical prescriptions of Nawaz Sharif. The government also allowed Sharif to have sick leave treated in London only once a week.
