ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) has implemented ‘Plan C’ by organizing protests in various cities of the country against the incumbent government.
Leaders and activists of other political parties, including the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), participated in the demonstrations. The Opposition staged a rally outside the National Press Club in Islamabad, in which JUI-F, the Awami National Party (ANP) and the Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PMAP) activists participated, and chanted slogans against the government.
Following the plan C, activists also protested outside the Lahore Press Club against inflation. Workers from the PML-N, the JUI and other opposition parties participated. The participants were witnessed with vegetables in their hands. Opposition parties also protested in other cities of the country.
