PDM’s artificial alliance rejected by masses: Pervez Khattak

Peshawar: Defense Minister Pervez Khattak stated on Saturday that the artificial alliance of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has been rejected by the masses due to its negative and personal interest politics, and will be realized soon Its logical goal.

He was addressing a public meeting at Manki Sharif in Nowshera district where noted political worker Zainullah along with hunderds of supporters and friends joined Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf and expressed confidence in the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan and Defence Minister Pervez Khattak.

Dr Imran Khattak, Chairman National Assembly Committee for Energy and Natural Resources was also present on the occasion.

The Minister of Defense said the rejected parties formed a PDM artificial coalition to protect them from corruption.

He said that people know who once plundered the country’s treasury for personal gain, and who put Pakistan on the path of progress and development today.

He said that the country is trapped in heavy loans and natural gas. The wrong policies of the PPP and PML-N systems have led to an increase in electricity prices. He said that today’s price increase is due to the wrong policies of the past regime.

He said that the PDM leadership is panicking that this unnatural political and religious alliance will soon achieve its logical goals.

The Defence Minister said when PTI Government took over, the country’s total reserve was only $ 5 billion and today it reached to about $20 billion because our prudent economic and pro exports policies.

Under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, he said the country’s exports has increased and industrial production was moving upward.

He said the government would complete its five years term and election would be held in 2023. He said Senate election through open ballot procedure would end horse trading.

Pervez Khattak said that local governments of districts, municipalities and village committees will be established, and the draft amendment to the “LG Amendment Act 2019” will be passed by parliament soon.

He said that Noshla district is the PTI stronghold, and if all political parties unite, they cannot even defeat it. He said that by 2023, every village and union council will have natural gas facilities in Nowshera.
