LAHORE: Pakistan has reported 110 deaths from the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours, and the number of positive cases has soared to 745,182. Last Friday, the death toll across the country jumped to 15,982.
According to the latest data from the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), 5,364 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.
Till now 270,963 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 261,173 in Punjab, 103,419 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 20,662 in Balochistan, 68,665 in Islamabad, 15,137 in Azad Kashmir and 5,163 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Furthermore, 7,271 individuals have lost their lives to the epidemic in Punjab, 4,541 in Sindh, 2,796 in KP, 222 in Balochistan, 626 in Islamabad, 423 in Azad Kashmir and 103 in GB.
Pakistan has so far conducted 11,007,252 coronavirus tests and 64,481 tests in the past 24 hours. The country has recovered 650,775 coronavirus patients, while 4,302 patients are in critical condition.
