Pakistan reports 4,553 coronavirus cases, 85 deaths in 24 hours


Lahore: As the number of positive cases soared to 1,140, ​​411, Pakistan has reported 85 deaths from the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours. The death toll across the country jumped to 25,320 on Thursday.

According to the latest data from the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), 4,553 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.

Details of each province

In terms of death toll, Punjab province remains the most affected province, followed by Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

So far, 11,666 people have died from the epidemic in Punjab, 6,742 in Sindh, 4,859 in KP, 856 in Islamabad, 688 in Azad Kashmir, 338 in Balochistan, and 171 in the United Kingdom.

In addition, Sindh has confirmed 425,570 cases of coronavirus, 385,258 in Punjab, 158,964 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 97,542 in Islamabad, 32,014 in Balochistan, 31,294 in Azad Kashmir and Gir 9,769 cases in Gitstan Province.

Test and restore

To date, Pakistan has performed 17,459,249 coronavirus tests and 61,466 tests in the past 24 hours. The country has recovered 1,022,847 patients and 5,476 patients are in critical condition.
