Islamabad: Indian spy and agent of intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) Kulbhushan Jadhav, who was involved in several terrorist activities in Pakistan, will be granted third consular access.
According to details, the Indian government has officially learned of the third entry.
On July 16, 2010, the Chargé d’affaires of India arrived at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs because New Delhi accepted the invitation provided by Pakistan to the second consulate to Jadav. The agent’s residence has been declared a prison.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Aisha Farooqui said that Pakistan provided the first consular channel under the 1963 Vienna Convention on Consular Relations on September 2 last year. She said that Commander Jadav’s mother and wife were also allowed to meet him on December 25, 2017.
Aisha Farooqui said that the two consular officers of the Indian High Commissioner in Islamabad had unimpeded consular access to Commander Jadav.
