Islamabad: More than 1.2 million doses of the British coronavirus vaccine AstraZeneca have arrived in Pakistan.
According to the details, the first batch of vaccines includes 1,248,000 doses.
In a tweet, he said the plant for this purpose was established last month and specially trained team is working on it.
Asad Umar said the vaccine will be available for use by end of this month after going through rigorous control checks.
