Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan will preside over the National Coordinating Committee (NCC) meeting, which will be held on Thursday (today), after analyzing the recommendations of the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), Make important decisions about relaxing the corona virus blockade.
All provincial chief ministers will attend the meeting. Informed sources said that the meeting will approve the relaxation of lockout measures and standard operating procedures (SOP).
The business center is likely to reopen on May 10, and the decision to resume domestic flight operations is also expected to be made at the meeting. The Prime Minister will make the country full of confidence in the NCC’s decision.
On the other hand, at the committee meeting chaired by Asad Umar, the Minister of Planning, Development and Reform, the NCOC made a number of recommendations on Wednesday to relax the blockade restrictions in the country to limit the amount of coronavirus propagation.
These recommendations include the opening of cross-provincial transportation with proper implementation of SOPs, the opening of the second phase in the construction sector, the reopening of retail outlets, and the selection of outpatient department operations in Islamabad.
Participants at the meeting suggested extending the time of the store from 9 am to 5 pm and then from 8 pm to 10 pm.
They also decided not to change the SOP of religious groups in the second half of Ramadan.
