NCB opposes Aryan Khan’s bail plea

The Narcotics Control Board (NCB) of India opposed the bail request of Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, to investigate international links in the cruise drug trafficking case.

In its reply to Aryan’s bail plea in the special court on Wednesday, the NCB claimed that he is a part of an ‘international drug network’.

The NCB also opposed Aryan’s bail request in court and sought more time to investigate international connections in drug cases.

The agency also stated that preliminary investigations revealed that Aryan used to purchase contraband from another defendant in drug cases, Arbaaz Merchant.

Later, the court adjourned the hearing until Thursday tomorrow.

Aryan Khan’s lawyer has filed the bail plea in the special NDPS court.

The star kid, along with his friends, was arrested on October 3.
