Islamabad: Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) did not see the frauds committed in BRT’s Rs126 billion project.
In response to the new corruption case against PML-N President Sheikh Baz Sharif, a PML-N spokesperson stated that Prime Minister Imran Khan did not receive any subpoenas from the bureau. “Billions and trillions of corruption charges have now fallen to 4.5 million,” she added.
The leaders of PML-N also stated that the spectacle that has been in operation for three years has now been exposed. “The days of corrupt rulers are numbered,” she insisted.
Yesterday, PML-N rejected the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) and Pakistan Media Development Authority (PMDA) on Monday.
Marriyum Aurangzeb referred to the electoral reform introduced by PM Imran Khan and the proposed PMDA as black law. “PMDA cannot conceal the incompetence, disqualification and corruption of its government,” she said.
The PML-N spokesperson also insisted that the EVM was developed to manipulate elections. She also said that PML-N rejected EVM and PMDA because they are both unconstitutional.
Marriyum Aurangzeb further stated that PML-N will not allow anyone to deprive the people of their voting rights or freedom of speech.
