SRINAGAR: In occupied Kashmir, military lockdown and restrictions continue on 100th consecutive day today (Tuesday) in Kashmir valley and Muslim majority areas of Jammu and Ladakh following the August 5 Indian illegal decision to abrogate special status of occupied Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, restrictions under section 144 and bans on prepaid phones, text messages and internet services are still being enforced.

As a sign of silent protests, people in the valley continued to close the store and stay away from the school and office, except for a short time in the morning and evening.

There is also no public transport in the occupied valley.
