LNG case: IHC approves former PSO MD Imranul Haq’s bail

Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) approved a bail request by Sheikh Imranul Haq, a former director of the National Petroleum Corporation of Pakistan (PSO) in the LNG case.

According to the details, the court ordered the release of the suspect and ordered him to provide a security of Rs 1 million. The National Accountability Office (NAB) has asked the IHC to reject bail requests.

In connection with this, a responsible court has previously extended court orders from former Prime Minister and senior Pakistani Muslim Union-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and former Finance Minister Miftah Ismail to the LNG scandal until December 3.
