LHC chief justice orders civil courts to conduct hearing of cases filed before 2017 on daily basis

Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan on Monday ordered civil courts to hear cases filed before 2017 on a daily basis.

A notice has been issued prohibiting lower court judges from taking unnecessary leave in order to quickly close the case. Orders have been ordered to close the cases related to pending orders, which are more than six months in fifteen days.

In addition, Muhammad Qasim Khan instructed the family, guardian and inheritance certificate to be closed within three months.
