Lahore: A sessions court in Lahore Wednesday granted extension in interim bails to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Jahangir Tareen and his son Ali Tareen till May 31 in two cases pertaining to money laundering.
Additional court judge Hamid Hussain (Hamid Hussain) held a hearing and Jahanir Tareen and Ali Tareen appeared in court. The judge asked about the progress of the investigation.
Officials from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FIA) told the court that the investigation was underway because the records were being checked and a report was submitted to the court. He told us that he had made a heavy transaction and had already obtained 90% of the record.
The lawyer for Jahangir Tareen insists that the FIA requires its clients to provide records for 2008-09 and that it needs complete data. On the other hand, Jahangir Tareen and his companions had a conversation in the media outside the Lahore Judicial Building.
Jahangir Khan Tareen (Jahangir Khan Tareen) stated that his like-minded group is not an avant-garde group, while stressing that he is still part of PTI. He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan was a fair man. He said he would definitely get justice.
The PTI leader went on to say that he had submitted the complete money trace to the FBI. He complained that the Punjab government had treated his like-minded groups inappropriately.
Jahangir Tareen asked the provincial government to stop political activities that retaliate against his group.
