Islamabad: An Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) organization based in India is trying to obtain sensitive Pakistani government information. A consultation on the Indian organization APT has been released, saying that these hackers are trying to steal information through WhatsApp.

According to detailed information, the Modi government is also actively involved in the network field, and attempts to access sensitive government information were unsuccessful. In this regard, another consultation was issued against the Indian group APT.

The notice warned that Indian groups are trying to target government agencies and access sensitive information through software.

Indian hackers are trying to steal information through the social media platform WhatsApp. The Indian group has the ability to steal software, usernames and passwords and backup files.

The recommendation suggests using a two-factor authentication system for social media platforms instead of opening MS Word files via email.
