Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has decided to form a larger bench in the case of the Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav.
In this regard, Abid Hassan Manto, Hamid Khan and Mahdum Ali Khan have been appointed as Amici antiques. The Islamabad High Court said the federal government has issued a decree to allay the attention of the International Court of Justice and pave the way for judicial review of Jadhav’s judgment.
The Islamabad High Court stated that at present, Kulbhushan Jadhav will not appoint his own lawyer; therefore, the court provides India and Jadhav with the opportunity to appoint legal counsel.
The court has instructed the government to notify India and its spy Kurbushan Singh Jadaf of the decision.
