Half of railways headquarter will shift to Karachi: Sheikh Rashid


Lahore: Federal Railway Minister Sheikh Rashid stated that Karachi will undergo changes under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan. We will organize railways across the country and transfer half of the railway headquarters to Karachi.

In Lahore, the Minister of Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed Sheikh Rashid Ahmed held a dinner at the Mayo Garden to commemorate the outgoing railway officials.

Addressing on the occasion, Sheikh Rashid said that Imran Khan today announced a package of Rs 1100 billion for Karachi.

He said that if the package announced by the Prime Minister was implemented in the true sense of the word, the people of Karachi would breathe a sigh of relief.

The Federal Minister also said that the Prime Minister is Governor Imran Ismail on the one hand and Syed Murad Ali Shah, Chief Minister of Sindh Province on the other. This is very important.

He said that people want the government to solve their problems, and the politics of the country and the situation in Karachi are changing.

Sheikh Rashid also stated that he will ask young railway officials to come forward. We must also study ML-1 and make Karachi’s Lahore city equal.
