Karachi: The Sindh government announced that unless the coronavirus situation improves, all educational institutions will not be allowed to open.
The Sindh Minister of Education, when talking to the media in the Sindh Provincial Assembly, rejected reports about the start of school on June 15 and warned that strict actions will be taken against those who violate government orders.
The Minister of Sindh criticized the PTI leaders in the province and said that the government has imposed a strict blockade to protect lives. He added that the provincial government was busy fighting the coronavirus, while the opposition was fighting the government because only the opposition in Sindh provoked the transporters and the business community to defy the government’s orders.
Saeed Ghani said that the market was allowed to open in accordance with the order of the court, rather than the Punjab government can close the market to violate the SOP because it clearly violated the order of the Supreme Court.
The Minister of Education emphasized that coronaviruses are affecting everyone including young people and minors. He also expressed concern about the status of coronavirus in the capital of Punjab, and said that random tests conducted in Lahore showed that 6% of the population in the city were infected with the new coronavirus.
