Dollar gains Rs1 in interbank market


Islamabad: According to the National Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the exchange rate between the US dollar and the Pakistani rupee rose by 1 rupee on Wednesday and the last trading day was 158.52 rupee to 158.42 rupee.

SBP further reported that among banks, the euro price depreciated with Rs 2.13, trading at Rs 173.75 and the closing price on the last trading day, Rs 175.88.

The Japanese yen fell 01 Paisa and closed at Rs 1.47 against Rs 1.48, while the British pound exchange rate fell by Rs 2.65 against Rs 193.31 on the previous trading day. .

SBP reports that the UAE Dirham and Shatrayar exchange rates have risen by 02 Paisa and close at Rs 43.15 and Rs 42.23, respectively at Rs 43.13 and Rs 42.21.
