Karachi: In the inter-bank market on Tuesday, the dollar rose by 92 paisa against the Pakistani rupee.
The dollar traded at approximately 165 rupees on the second trading day of the week. The depreciation of the rupee increased Pakistan’s debt burden by 440 billion rupees.
In the past four days, the dollar exchange rate has risen by 4.08 rupees. On Monday, the closing price of the interbank market was Rs 164.08 and the open market closing price was Rs 164.
