Peshawar: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Mahmood Khan firmly denies rumors that certain members of the Provincial Assembly are incompatible with the party.

A statement issued by Chief Minister Mahmood Khan said that such rumors were baseless and had nothing to do with reality. All members of PTI stood by the party and will continue to do so.

Mahmood Khan said that PTI members are soldiers of Imran Khan, they cannot be bought. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is a party of sincere and ideological workers. All the members were on the same page in the meeting with the Prime Minister yesterday, he added.

The Chief Minister said that all MPAs support the party leadership’s decision on Senate ticketing. Our members have an ideological connection with the party. We have complete unity in the team and will continue to do so.

He said the opposition was confused and added that the Senate election would be frustrating. He claimed that the opposition tried to win the Senate election with money. We are committed to increasing the transparency of elections, so we hope to hold elections to the Senate through a show of hands.
