Islamabad: Chairman NAB Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal has said that mega corruption cases against big fish will be brought to a logical conclusion as per law.
A statement issued by the chairman NAB said that billions of rupees looted from corrupt elements would be recovered. All investigations will be completed on the basis of merit, transparency, solid evidence and documentary evidence.
Justice Javed Iqbal instructed the relevant director-general to submit the latest reports on all major corruption cases and illegal housing associations.
He said that according to Gilani and Gallup polls, 59% of people expressed confidence in NAB. Pakistan Transparency International, World Economic Forum, PLDAT and Mashal praised NAB’s efforts to eradicate corruption.
