Islamabad: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister of Information and Broadcasting (SAPM) and Chairman of the Central and Eastern European Economic Cooperation Council Asim Saleem Bajwa rejected the propaganda story against the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) on Sunday .
“Recently noticed attempts to subvert CPEC by lies and propaganda stories about various aspects and individuals,” the premier’s aide wrote on Twitter.
SAPM Bajwa urges people not to circulate all false news about jobs, projects and individuals in the name of CPEC.
He said all job advertisements relating to the mega project would be posted on the official website- http://www.cpecauthority.gov.pk.
Earlier this month, the CPEC Authority launched an internship program to train young leaders with the highest productivity.
“It is an inclusive and national project that will prove as an engine of growth for the country,” Chairman CPEC Authority Lt Gen (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa had said in his tweet.
He had informed that human and social development was the government’s priority focus. “With 60% youth population, a tremendous opportunity exists to empower youth.”
Bajwa urges young people to participate in a three-month specific internship.
The authorities will select 100 people up to 30 years old in the first internship program that will start in October 2020.
