Karachi: Karachi University has reported another case of coronavirus as a result of the discovery of COVID-19 in a female student in the legal department.
This is the second case reported by Karachi University because a female student in the legal department was tested for COVID-19. Yesterday, another female student arrived on campus to participate in the study and tested positive for the coronavirus in college.
The spokesperson said in a statement that the female student was not allowed to take the exam. It added that the competent authority will ensure the implementation of the SOP.
The university’s study advisor has informed all students of the Standard Operating Practices (SOP) regarding COVID-19. It turns out that despite being stopped by the authorities, the infected student made it to university.
On the other hand, KU students complained about the government’s negligence in implementing SOP.
Earlier on September 17, after two students passed COVID-19, classes on the Karachi campus and the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) city campus were suspended for two days.
According to sources, two students in Lahore and Islamabad on the IBA Karachi campus were found to have tested positive for the coronavirus and placed in isolation.
