MIRPUR: The Azad Jammu Kashmir government was unable to submit Azad Jammu Kashmir’s new budget for the 2021-22 fiscal year at the budget meeting scheduled for the Azad Jammu Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, the AJK Legislative Assembly meets in the state metropolis, with Speaker Shah Ghulam Qadir as chairman.
After that, the budget meeting was adjourned indefinitely, without giving any strong, legitimate and reliable reasons.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Azad Jammu Kashmir met with the chairman of the country’s Prime Minister Rajafaruk Haider Khan in the state capital city on Wednesday afternoon, but was unable to formally approve the budget summary in order to continue the relocation to the floor of the house Council] for a presentation.
