Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Standing Committee on Discipline and Accountability has made a major decision and has terminated the basic party membership of Punjab Parliament Member Uzma Kardar.
In this regard, the PTI Standing Committee on Discipline and Accountability issued a written order stipulating that on June 15th it received notice from Uzma Karda, a member of the Provincial Assembly, that her main party membership was suspended for one month and she was Instructions will appear before the subcommittee.
The order stated that in view of the illness of Uzma Kaldar’s husband, the hearing on June 17 was postponed and was held on June 27. After reviewing all the evidence and hearing Uzma’s position, the Standing Committee on Discipline and Accountability was convinced that she acted irresponsibly
In addition, as a member of the Provincial Assembly, her attitude is inappropriate and she is not worthy of the position. As a result, Uzma Kaldar’s basic membership has been terminated.
The PTI order has declared that Uzma Kardar is not eligible for any parliamentary post. However, she will have the right to challenge the decision of the standing committee to the Applet committee within 7 days.
