UNGA President-elect arrives in Pakistan, meets FM Qureshi

Islamabad: President-elect of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) Volkan Bozkir on Monday has arrived at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad and met Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi.

After arriving at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received the visiting nobles. The meeting will discuss issues and priorities related to the seventy-fifth session of the UN General Assembly.

FM and the President-elect of the United Nations General Assembly plan to resolve a joint press conference.

Taking this opportunity, Volkan Bozkir planted young trees on the lawn of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the impetus of the National Plantation.

Volkan Bozkir will also call on Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The President-elect of the United Nations General Assembly visited Pakistan at the invitation of Minister of Foreign Affairs Shah Mahmoud Qureshi.
