Sindh reports two more deaths, 250 COVID-19 cases: Murad Ali Shah


Karachi: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has said that two more patients of coronavirus have lost their lives in the province whereas 250 new cases were confirmed during the last 24 hours.

According to a statement released here on Monday, CM Murad Ali Shah revealed that in the past 24 hours, 14,130 tests have been conducted across the province, of which 250 people have tested positive for COVID-19. He said that 50 new cases had been reported in Karachi alone.

Murad Ali Shah said that in the past 24 hours, at least 65 patients in the province have recovered from the disease, bringing the total number of patients recovered from the disease to 451,392.

He said that so far, at least 7,598 people have died from the coronavirus in the province. Murad Ali Shah further stated that 198 coronavirus patients are reported to be in critical condition. He said there are currently 13 patients in the province using ventilators.
