ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued a notice to Imran Khan, NADRA and the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for Ayaz Sadiq to plead against allegations of rigging in the 2013 general election.
According to the details, the Supreme Court held a hearing on the PML-N leader’s allegations of manipulation in NA-122 during the 2013 polls.
Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial asked whether the PML-N leader had lost the election following such allegations. In response, Ayaz Sadik said he had never lost an election.
CJP commented, Ayaz Sadiq Sahab you are very sensitive.
In a notice to the parties concerned, the chief justice said the court would soon hear the petition again.
