ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Supreme Court on Thursday confirmed the appeal of former Islamabad High Court (IHC) judge Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui against his expulsion.
A five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial will hear the case on June 13 while Justice Sardar Tariq, Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan and Justice Mazhar Alam Shah will also be part of the larger bench.
On the other hand, the Supreme Court has also issued notices to other parties, including the attorney general.
